What You'll Be Doing

We're looking for someone who really gets it—someone who can sit down with clients, understand what they're trying to achieve, and turn those business goals into smart marketing strategies and campaigns that actually work.

This role centres around a key client relationship that you'll own and nurture. You'll spend one day a week at their office (yes, face-to-face still matters!) working closely with their internal marketing team on design and content. Think of yourself as an extension of their team—managing deadlines, keeping workflows smooth, and making sure everyone's on the same page.

What We're Looking For

Experience That Counts

  • 10+ years in marketing—you've been around the block and know what works
  • B2B technology agency background—you speak the language
  • Data centre experience is a "nice" to have 

Education & Skills

  • Degree in Marketing, English, PR or something related
  • You can build marketing strategies and campaign plans in your sleep
  • You know how to measure what matters—campaign performance, ROI, all that good stuff
  • Your written and verbal communication is crystal clear
  • You're super organised and can juggle multiple clients without dropping the ball
  • Details matter to you—you proofread everything

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Client Engagement

  • Jump on calls with clients to really understand their briefs and what they need
  • Run regular review meetings to keep everyone updated on progress
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with all the key stakeholders

Team & Project Management

  • Manage the team's workload so everything gets done on time
  • Keep workflows running smoothly and anticipate bottlenecks before they happen

Strategy & Measurement

  • Use analytics tools to track how campaigns are performing
  • Dig into the data to figure out what's working and what we can do better next time
