Project management:
- Day-to-day support and management across a variety of accounts
- Help with managing flow of the projects at different stages from inception to completion
§ Taking briefs and support with brief translation into actionable steps
§ Initial research & project kick-off preparation
§ Costing up, project timeline and key milestones creation
§ Creative and Content resource alignment and scheduling
§ Strong admin and appreciation of processes in place. Considering the small details
§ Project progress management, reviews, proofreading, quality check before work is shared with the client
§ Project status and WIP reports creation as required
§ Post project reconciliations, both financial and lessons learnt
- Point of contact for client for all live projects
- Client facing and internal status reports, WIP reports as required
- Contributing to building client relationships through on-point, effective and reliable project delivery
- Commercial acumen – share key info with the team and client as appropriate
- Schedule and manage meetings for the team and client-facing meetings ( right people in the right place in the right time)
Hands-on experience: nice to have or to be familiar with
- Creative process management from start to finish
- Project management and /or costing software
- Basic understanding of a content management system – Wordpress
- Email distribution platforms
- Familiar with social media and lead generation tactics
