As the Consumer Analytics Manager you will play a pivotal part in the consumer data marketing strategy, working with the insights team you will achieve sales and brand performance that leverages market share, in addition:
Responsibilities:
* Define the consumer roadmap to deliver data
* Translate insights from data into effective marketing actions
* Provide direction in analytics, data strategy, CRM and customer engagement
* Understand complex customer analytics to forecast and segment for customer uptake
Background:
* A proven background in consumer analytics with expertise in SQL or SAS or SPSS
* Intellectual capacity to understand complex data problems and see through to a successful conclusion
* Strong data mining and statistical skills with excellent Excel skills
* Interest in trends and technology concepts (e.g. IOT, BI & Big Data)
