As a keen customer advocate, you will develop, lead and implement the marketing program to bring to life case studies that are not only engaging and on point but with a specific view to increase uptake of the product. In addition:

Responsibilities:

* Increase the quality and quantity of marketing material to impact the market

* Create content and campaigns to enhance decision makers 

* Support the marcoms team to deliver large-scale events and use case studies to uplift attendance

* Scope with stakeholders to implement customer communication programs

Background:

* An expert communicator to voice customer advocacy and case studies

* Strong digital and editorial skills

* Excellent customer relations experience

* Solid events knowledge
