* Define and execute the CE, deliver the greatest to their business and consumers across the Globe
* Accountable for the NPS, continually improve and define solutions for bettering
* Champion the CE internally, and embed into the fabric of the business
* Build key relationships in Europe, make sound commercial decisions that will have an impact on C level

* Smitten with the customer journey and how to make it world class
* Able to disseminate key propositions into bite-sized propositions
* Delivered major CE journeys and understand the processes and frameworks surrounding the changes
* Strong team leader (8 presently)
