As the CSM you will take ownership of all post-sales customer engagement that also includes delivery process, ensuring compliance and to generate case studies.
Responsibilities:
* Manage multiple projects with parallel clients and every part of the post-sales customer lifecycle.
* Understand customer requirements to cope projects and achieve KPIs
* Effectively communicate project requirements in a high-touch customer success model
* Create all new case studies, secure renewals, and drive growth within the client portfolio stack
Background:
* Client management experience from a SaaS or AI vendor
* Proven skills in reporting success via SFDC or Zendesk or Freshdesk
* Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to talk "technical" with commercial benefits
* Problem solver with an analytical brain
