Reporting to the CMO (London) and the VP of Sales (NY) you will co-create the marketing strategy in line with corporate goals as well as build a team as you go along and as you see fit to hire. From the outset, you will build the DG model from the ground up by enhancing the leveraging inbound leads to actual revenue. In addition:

Responsibilities:

* Set the digital KPI's and targets, forecast and own the budget to deliver these targets

* Manage the implementation of the digital campaigns to include social media and email marketing

* Own the organic growth across LinkedIn & Twitter and other social platforms

* Use levers to increase conversion rates & landing pages, plus manage technology relationships

Background:

* Proven b2b marketing experience from the ground up 

* Savvy across the entire mix

* Experienced within Salesforce and Pardot (or similar) 

* Customer focused, meticulous, resilient and not afraid to ask for forgiveness!
