In this brand new role, you as the Digital Experience Manager will own and manage the end-to-end web experience across EMEA.
As both a strategist and a technician, your role will drive customer engagement, lead generation and the overall propositional messaging of the company brand.
* Deliver conversion optimisation on the web with the remit to deliver best-in-class services to new customers
* Own the research program to span research, analysis and reporting
* Lead the move to more personalised visits and interactions
* Deliver a digital experience program to better compete with the market and drive customer engagement further
* Proven web management experience, ideally with an international focus
* Deep understanding of the latest UX and IA best practices
* Experience in using a CMS, e.g. Sitecore
* Proven track record of managing multiple projects to tight deadlines and budgets
