We are now hiring a Director of Field and Partner Marketing to spearhead the development and execution of innovative campaigns and strategies. With an experienced team (2 both in the USA 🇺🇸) in place, you will also nurture their talent to the fullest and build upon their experience to maximise brand awareness.
When appointed, you will create and lead a rolling six month rolling plan and position the company as a thought leader in their space.
In addition:
* This role is pivotal in generating new leads, accelerating pipelines, and optimising closed-loop leads.
* Develop and manage a robust partner marketing program to drive growth and branding.
* Work with the campaign team to gain leverage, content and influence marketing programs.
* Forecast, measure and analyse the impact of programs through the CRM (SFDC).
Background:
* Hail from a known technology vendor with a mentality and hands-on approach to managing vendors, event delivery and tactical execution.
* Proven experience managing and hiring a large marketing team across EMEA (note: mandatory requirement from the client).
* Possess a strong consultative approach to marketing and make changes where you see fit.
* A strong understanding of marketing techniques and principles.
This is a fully remote role based in the US.
