We are looking for an indigenous Italian to work from Rome and run 11 countries in Europe with full autonomy, reporting to the VP of Marketing who is UK based. 

Responsibilities:

* Lead all marketing efforts both internally and externally within the South Mediterranean region

* Partner with central functions to drive local activities across marketing, digital, PR and Government relations 

* Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and SLT, and build an effective customer journey 

* Manage the annual budget to achieve maximum results with 3 team members to mentor

Background:

* Demonstrable marketing experience within Italy, proven budget/people management experience as well

* Proven C line relationship building skills

* Substantial experience in DG, ABM, digital and comms

* Proven Italian and English writing, oral and translation skills
