The Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced, creative, and results-oriented demand-generation marketer to drive world-class campaigns for startups and mid-market businesses across EMEA. This is a business-critical role that will have a significant impact across the GTM organisation.
You'll shape and lead the mid-market and startup strategy through marketing activations, creative programs, and full-funnel alignment with sales teams. This role requires a highly collaborative individual who thinks both strategically and tactically to get things done.
What You'll Do
- Drive strategy: Develop multi-channel, regional demand generation plans to grow pipeline for mid-market companies and startups across EMEA
- Execute campaigns: Land global campaigns at scale through digital content, paid media, events, targeted nurture programs, and more
- Own metrics: Track key business and revenue metrics across the sales funnel, investigating conversion, lead quality, and pipeline health
- Optimise continuously: Leverage the company's marketing tech stack to drive data-driven decision-making and optimise performance
- Partner cross-functionally: Work with product marketing, sales, field marketing, comms, and regional teams to define and execute campaigns
- Create compelling content: Build marketing assets, thought leadership, and campaign materials tailored to regional needs
- Innovate: Identify new ways to reach and engage our users across digital, email, webinars, social, events, and sales plays
What We're Looking For
Must-haves:
- 5+ years running scaled B2B demand generation campaigns across multiple channels
- Deep expertise in paid media, digital marketing, marketing automation, and lead management
- Strong track record of landing global campaigns in EMEA markets
- Proven ability to execute end-to-end, multi-channel customer journey plans
- Experience partnering closely with sales teams (SDRs/BDRs, sales reps, and leaders)
- Excellent analytical skills with a focus on ROI and data-driven optimisation
- Strong copywriting skills for marketing emails, reports, case studies, and sales enablement
- Experience with Salesforce (Marketo preferred)
- Superb organisation and project management skills
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience at startups or fast-paced SaaS/tech companies
- Strong understanding of startup/SMB audiences and scaled tactics
- Webinar expertise (Zoom)
