As an experienced events manager, you will co-create the event strategy for this year and then create the plan for 2020. With this in mind, you will drive the whole events plan across EMEA (mainly UK, FR, DE and IT) from thoughts to execution to ROI. At every point, you must be thinking about revenue and expenditure with a wider remit on expenses. In addition:

Responsibilities:

* Ensure the plan is widely accepted by the SLT and integrated into the EMEA sales strategy

* Accountable for everything, own the agency relationships and leverage internal relationships across the globe

* Ensure all event briefs and templates are documented and shared with the audience, sales and attendees

* Drive continuous improvement and comply with GDPR regulations in the UK and with the wider geographies

Background:

* Proven EMEA events experience with a general marcoms background

* Strong budget management experience

* Experienced in best practice for events

* Know how to get the best out of agencies and where to push for optimum results
