Responsibilities:
* Manage the export sales team (home/overseas), plan & implement the sales strategy
* Train the team, build relationships in and out of the business
* Follow up sales leads on the phone or in person
* Negotiate packages to tailor the client, attend workshops and industry workshops worldwide
Background:
* A seasoned sales professional from a manufacturer, commercial and industrial experience
* Strategic selling mentality to corporates with success in key territories
* Results orientated with a progressive and aggressive sales bent
* Persuasive nature to win new customers with the ability to present at the highest level
Please note this role will require extensive global travel, expect to be out of the country 100+ days per annum, so a base near Heathrow or Kent is required, preferably.
