🚀 Field Marketing & Events Specialist | Contract | March 2026 – March 2027

We’re hiring an experienced, creative, and data-driven Field Marketer to own and scale field marketing programs targeting startups across EMEA.

🌍 The Opportunity

You’ll lead the strategy and execution of high-impact field events and programs designed to engage startup founders across EMEA.

Your focus will include:

  • Co-host events in partnership with VCs

  • Lead sponsorship and activation eventsa cross EMEA

  • Regional field marketing initiatives aligned to pipeline and revenue goals

🎯 What You’ll Own

Event Strategy & Production

  • Develop and execute a regional field marketing event strategy

  • Plan and deliver a mix of hosted, partner, and sponsored events

  • Manage agencies, vendors, and event logistics

  • Coordinate cross-functionally across sales, product marketing, and global teams

Data-Driven Impact

  • Use data to identify opportunities, guide decision-making, and measure event ROI

  • Track pipeline conversion performance

  • Deliver actionable insights and optimisation recommendations

Sales Collaboration & Enablement

  • Partner closely with AE's on joint planning and execution

  • Develop campaign briefs, outreach messaging, and timelines

  • Ensure disciplined lead follow-up and strong conversion

Thinking at Scale

  • Document and refine field marketing playbooks

  • Build scalable frameworks to expand programs across EMEA

✅ What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of B2B field marketing experience (7+ years in B2B marketing overall)

  • Proven success in driving customer acquisition and pipeline through field events

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into insight

  • Deep experience partnering with Sales teams

  • Solid understanding of lead management and sales funnel mechanics

  • Exceptional project management and organisational skills

  • Experience managing digital event assets and registration workflows

  • A startup mindset with a bias to action
