🚀 Field Marketing Manager | UK & Sweden 🇬🇧 🇸🇪

Are you a hands-on B2B marketer who loves bringing campaigns, events and webinars to life while working closely with sales teams to drive real commercial impact?

We're looking for a Field Marketing Manager to join our international marketing team and help execute high-quality marketing initiatives across the UK and Swedish markets.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, thrives on delivery, and wants to see their work directly influence customer engagement and pipeline growth.

What you'll be doing:

✅ Delivering campaigns, webinars and events across the UK and Sweden
✅ Supporting sales teams with lead follow-up and account-based activities
✅ Localising and adapting marketing content for the Swedish market
✅ Driving customer marketing initiatives including retention, upsell and cross-sell campaigns
✅ Supporting regional partnerships and PR activities
✅ Working closely with central marketing teams to ensure smooth execution and local relevance

What we're looking for:

✔ Native or fluent Swedish (written and spoken)
✔ 2-5 years' experience in B2B marketing, ideally within technology, software or construction-related sectors
✔ Experience delivering campaigns, webinars and events
✔ Strong organisation and project management skills
✔ A collaborative approach and ability to work closely with sales and marketing teams
✔ A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering great customer experiences

This role is based in a hybrid working environment, with an expectation of 2 days per fortnight in the office (Birmingham), will be expensed.
