What You'll Actually Do

Build experiences that matter. Not boring webinars. Not lifeless trade show booths. Real, memorable events that founders talk about for months. Think exclusive dinners with legendary VCs, demo days that actually demo things, and activations at Europe's must-attend startup events.

Own the region. From London to Berlin, Paris to Stockholm—you'll craft a field strategy that puts you at the centre of the EMEA startup ecosystem.

Partner with the best. Work alongside Y Combinator, Index Ventures, Balderton, and the accelerators and communities shaping Europe's tech scene.

Drive real impact. Every event you run will have a measurable business outcome. New leads. Pipeline growth. User expansion. This isn't marketing theatre—it's growth marketing with a handshake.

You Bring:

• 5+ years making field marketing look easy (7+ years in B2B marketing overall)
• A little black book of EMEA startup contacts that would make a VC jealous
