We are now hiring a Global Events Team Manager to spearhead the development and execution of innovative events across the globe. With an experienced team in place, you will also nurture their talent to the fullest and build upon their experience to maximise brand awareness. 

Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute a comprehensive events strategy that targets key audiences

* Deliver an exceptional experience that exceeds expectations and fosters a community to drive growth and ambition

* Ensure event messaging across all channels fully supports sales efforts 

* Recruit and hire marketing individuals and manage team performance daily 

Background:

* Proven experience in large scale b2b events across the globe  

* Ability to develop and execute effective event marketing strategies

* An established background in creating memorable and impactful events 

* Strong leadership skills to manage a high-performance marketing team

On the back of this, you will join a company with significant growth targets and be one to contribute immensely to this expansion. 

This role is 100% remote, ideally based in the UK, Germany or the Netherlands. Please expect >30% travel with this role (EMEA and US).
