Marketing Graduate or similar business degree
Marketing work experience gained through internships and work placements during degree years
Charisma, leadership and intelligence necessary to inspire colleagues and clients alike
Awareness of the Go-To-Market techniques employed in this sector, namely:
Lead generation
Sales Development
Market Development
Telemarketing (high-end, not traditional call centre level)
Account research and profiling
Pipeline nurturing
Digital fulfilment and content management
Sourcing and deployment of Market Intelligence
High degree of literacy and numeracy
A confident presenter with excellent communication and selling skills
High degree of energy and creativity
Commercial awareness
Evidence of drive, passion and ideas necessary to progress to an Account Manager or higher in this business
Ability to be in Marlow 5 days per week
