Head of Brand, Content & Propositions

c.£105K + £5K car allowance and 10% bonus -

Reporting to the CMO, and as the Brand custodian, you will create the brand from scratch in conjunction with the wider marketing team and the C-level suite.

Due to the tenure of this role, you will be expected to be in London (SE1) twice a week, although not prescriptive on days. 

Responsibilities:

* Formulate and then continuously refine the brand to meet market standards and the value proposition as outlined by the CEO & CMO

* Act on behalf of the customer internally and obsessively drive creative excellence

* Develop plans that build brand advocacy and be the lead on customer propositions

* Lead competitor analysis, benchmark and perform brand key performance indicators

Background:

* Demonstrable brand experience from a b2b or b2b business

* Proven customer brand success and delivered campaigns that are evidenced with commercial returns

* Extensive experience in strategic marketing, a passionate story-teller and key influencer at all levels

* Able to prioritise and manage multiple agendas with a positive outlook and energy
