This role will play a critical part within the EMEA marketing team. As the Marketing Operations Director, you will align business objectives with the overall strategy to bridge the gap between marketing and other teams within EMEA.
Your core responsibility is to optimise the planning and execution of marketing operations to deliver measurable results that will be visible internally, allowing all to see where marketing stands on the map.
In addition:
* Evaluate and select MOPS tools to enhance efficiency and productivity, as well as manage the current tech stack.
* Forecast and establish KPI's to measure success and drive growth from there to maximum efficiency.
* Continually budget against the forecast, create workflows that show future spending, ensuring consistency.
* Lead and manage the team, whereby offering growth, targets, plans and career growth.

* Track and analyse all spending, showcase your savings via an internal dashboard across EMEA.
* A seasoned b2b marketer with a thrifty knack to save pounds, shillings, and pence.
