As the first MOPS Manager, you will be entirely responsible for the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales and marketing operations.
In addition, you will develop and manage the tech stack as well as analyse demand generation and metrics for the company worldwide.
Responsibilities:
* Build and oversee the execution of critical sales and marketing processes and workflows
* Document sales and marketing policies that drive adoption through user training and enablement
* Manage all weekly KPIs, apply expertise in quantitative analysis, and uncover areas rich for LG activities
* Monitor marketing performance, review campaigns across multiple channels, and provide the CMO with fact-driven recommendations
Background:
* Expert in sales and marketing analysis, lead funnel management
* Proficient in CRM and marketing automation, e.g. Hubspot and Salesforce or Pardot
* Experienced in following systems - Google Analytics & Snowflake
