In this newly appointed role, you will be the sales and marketing manager for a client with over 30 years of experience in the Contact Centre market. Our client established best practices to improve knowledge/skills representing leaders across this large industry. Reporting to the CEO:
Responsibilities:
* Be the lead point for partners and build strong relationships in the future
* Write professional and appropriate sales proposals for new business using company-owned templates
* Support the delivery and expertise to industry events and trade shows
* Sell packages for specific enquiries, e.g. award sponsorship and advertorials
Achievements:
* Educated to degree level, with proven account management skills
* It is imperative to have worked in the Contact Centre environment
* Strong relationship-building skills and able to communicate at all levels
* Keen eye for detail and ensure all outgoing material is pertinent, grammar correct and HIGHLY accurate
This role is REMOTE based, and you can be based anywhere in the UK.
