Senior Marketing Manager - UK & Nordics

Our client is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead marketing for the UK & Nordics region and play a key role in marketing a rapidly expanding SaaS portfolio. This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role for a commercially sharp, data-driven marketer who knows how to turn insight into pipeline and revenue.

We are looking for a senior B2B marketer who blends strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, capable of driving regional marketing programmes across multiple channels and markets.

What you’ll do:
- Lead the UK & Nordics marketing strategy, aligned to business and sales priorities
- Deliver integrated, multi-channel B2B campaigns including digital, paid social, content, events, PR and field marketing
- Drive programmatic marketing and ABM (one-to-one and one-to-few) programmes for priority accounts
- Partner closely with Sales to support pipeline creation and acceleration
- Shape product marketing: positioning, messaging, launches and sales enablement
- Use marketing automation, CRM insight and analytics to optimise performance
- Manage agencies, budgets and senior stakeholders with confidence
You’ll bring:
- 5+ years’ B2B marketing experience in technology or SaaS
- Proven success in delivering regional or multi-market marketing programmes
- Strong expertise in ABM, demand generation, programmatic and digital marketing
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Excellent commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills
- A data-led mindset with the ability to turn insight into action
Nice to have:
- Experience supporting enterprise or long-cycle B2B sales
- Familiarity with ABM platforms or intent-data tools
Role Details:
- Location: Maidenhead (Hybrid)
- Salary: c.£75K+ package and bonus
- Travel: Up to 20% across Europe
