As a key member of the EMEA marketing team, you will play an instrumental part in the ever-growing marketing team.
You will assist in the customer retention strategy program to minimise churn and ultimately own the end-to-end campaign execution.
* Manage and enhance along the way the marketing automation platform (Salesforce) to optimise segmentation and lead-scoring
* You will introduce and promote the e-marketing email execution program and ensure best practice
* Constantly drive ROI, ensure data integrity and leverage for campaign execution
* Support the bi-weekly reporting pipeline and produce reports for internal use
* Demonstrable Salesforce experience (i.e. design and build out campaigns)
* Able to see the "big" picture and prioritise work and campaigns accordingly
* Excellent multiple projects whilst remaining diligent and detail orientated
* In this instance a self-starter who can work independently and from home
