As a senior b2b marketer within their EMEA enterprise division, you will be responsible for pipeline creation and delivery. In addition:

Responsibilities:

* Create a valued pipeline to MQL and SQL status, track throughout the entire process

* Lead, support and hire the marketing team (3) as well as support the European sales teams

* Drive marketing messages that creates value across aggressive stakeholders 

* Track and analyse the effectiveness of all programs, make amendments throughout the campaign process

Background:

* Demonstrable b2b software/tech experience with a clear history in team management 

* An excellent communicator across all geographies and at all levels within the business

* Experienced in both direct and indirect sales model as well as supporting a large sales team (45)

* Working knowledge of Salesforce and a marketing automation tool
