Our client is a high-growth SaaS Enterprise business, and with a recent injection of capital via venture capitalists, they are seeking to grow exponentially in the UK, US and the Middle East.
With a team of four in place reporting to this role and keeping the team motivated and increasing market share, these are the two most significant factors for the CEO, whom you report to.
As part of the Executive Leadership team, you will:
Responsibilities:
* Contribute to strategic discussions and leverage your commercial experience to assist with customer insights and be the "go-to" person for sales inquiries.
* Implement sales function KPIs, set targets and deliver against.
* Set the budgets, manage the MQL generation requirements whilst liaising with the VP of Marketing to drive market share, collaterals and events.
* Be accountable, take ownership, and deliver against the ARR targets.
Background:
* Come as a senior revenue leader, ideally from a SaaS vendor of circa 200 employees.
* Previous international experience, and knowledge of how to scale an SME to a giant!
* Built long-lasting relationships with Chief Security and Chief Information officers.
* Be resilient, a solid team player and able to transition quickly to ever-demanding customers.
This is a hybrid role with travel in the UK, US, and EMEA.
