As an experienced marketing leader, you will define, refine, and implement the marketing strategy across all channels to deliver growth, increase market awareness, and drive demand generation activities.

Marketing Leadership and GTM

• Build an effective competitive intelligence analysis program that aligns with the strategy to sharpen targeting on new accounts and provide advice to the SLT.

Brand, messaging and proposition

• Enhance the narrative to build the brand story and ensure it is woven through all marketing output.

Communication plans

• Oversee all thought leadership programs, which will include events, webinars, and speaking opportunities.

Product Marketing

•  Conduct market segmentation to ensure a diligent understanding of market trends and the customer buying journey.

Demand Generation

• Ensure all touchpoints are highly relevant and create content assets that align with all integrated marketing activities. 

Sales Alignment

• Analyse funnel performance, optimise conversion rates and ensure seamless collaboration with the sales team. 

Marketing Team

• Manage a motivated and talented team and foster relationships in order to grow confidence and experience.

• Has owned the full suite of marketing that includes product, field and DG.
• Proven communicator and influencer
• Strong relationship builder at C-level
• Able to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
• Domain experience within B2B, software, SaaS and the energy sector
